赵阳明，男，出生于1986年，现为中国科学技术大学计算机科学与技术学院特任研究员。2015年博士毕业于电子科技大学。毕业后供职于上海贝尔实验室、2016年3月赴纽约州立大学布法罗分校，任研究科学家。赵阳明长期从事网络通信系统，分布式系统的研究。近年来发表高水平论文40余篇，其中CCF A类论文16篇，B类论文10篇，并长期担任IEEE/ACM TON, IEEE TPDS，IEEE JSAC等CCF A类期刊的审稿工作。
