Product Support Engineer/产品支持工程师（招聘人数: 5名）

Product Support Engineer

Job Description: 

1. Designed to create a repeatable installation result under varying circumstances - delivering low cost, high quality installations/upgrades of KLA-Tencor products

2. Perform and/or ensure completion of all activities required to handoff a KLA-Tencor tool that meets or exceeds all criteria that was pre-defined by KLA-Tencor and the customer.

a) These activities will include, but not be limited to - site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training, and handoff of the product.

b) These activities will include, but not be limited to communication/interface/management with customers, sales, division engineering, local field service representatives, and manufacturing.

1. Interactions with operations and global services engineers in system troubleshooting on high level escalations

2. Mentor other Customer Support Engineers and Technical Support Engineers

3. Help R&D team to assemble, analysis the prototypes and test per test plan. Once they finish the design the candidates will prepare the documentations and trainings required to transfer the design to manufacturing

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master, or bachelor of science

2. Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks during critical situations where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously

3. Strong communication and coordination skill, fluent in both oral and written English

4. Proficient in computer MS office and other applications.

5. Highly self-motivated, be able to cope with a heavy workload and logical approach to problem solving;

6. Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment

7. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, effective communication and problem solving skills.

Application Engineer/应用工程师（招聘人数: 15名）

Application Engineer

　 Job Description:

 
1 Characterization of opto-electrical metrology equipment, including but not limited to optical, electrical-magnetic and Kelvin probe/AFM-based sensors and modules.
2 Develop specifications for next generation systems. Integrate of precision measurement modules onto new platforms. System test and debugging. New product performance calibration and definition.
3 New applications research and development for existing and future metrology platforms.
4 Improvement of measurement capabilities on current platforms. 
5 Provide pre- and post-sales support for, including product demo, support of beta and pilot sites, and customer training.　

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Strong physics and microelectronics background. MS/Ph.D in Optics, Physics, Microelectronics, Material Science, or related engineering fields preferred. 
2.　Integrity, perseverance and willing to help people.
3. Strong research and hands-on competency; independent research experience, esp. instrument setup related projects, strongly desired.
4. Fluent English speaker. 
5. Knowledge in SW and algorithm development a plus.
6. Up to 50% international travel required for customer support.

 Job Description

 
1. The candidate will have a high level of ownership during the development of critical subsystems, from the concept design phase through product design, release and sustaining. The candidate will be expected to champion his/her technical solutions. This includes the potential of creating ECO and documentation as needed. 
2.　Provide feedback on design changes by working closely with Development Engineering teams (M.E., E.E., and S/W Eng.) to influence design concepts/changes for improvements to existing or new products. 
3.　Take lead role on many projects to define, scope, and provide input that results in rapid project completion or problem resolution. Develop product specifications using the appropriate statistical methods and modeling. 
4. Solve complex system interaction issues (e.g., optical and mechanical interactions on tool performance) with little or no guidance. 
5. Provide fly and fix support on field escalations for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth design know-how on the product.　Travel time is expected to be up to 25%, both domestically and internationally. 
6. Support beta testing at customer sites.
7. Support product manufacture, such as assembling, installation, final test, shipment. 
8. Support GSS responsibility, such as GSS NPI, documentation, customer site support etc

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. MS or PhD in optical, electrical engineering, physics, applied physics
2. Experience in design and characterization of optical or electrical instrument.　
3. Hands-on person familiar with lab tools such as digital function generators, data acquisition system, oscilloscopes, lock-in amplifies, and XY motion system. 
4. Knowledge of semiconductor device and physics 
5. Experienced programming skills (C-programming, labview, matlab etc.)
6. Strong English written and verbal communications skills. 
7. Self-motivated and self-directed.

 Job Description
1. Writing good SW design documents in English such as SRS,WBS,etc.

2. Old version SW Maintenance, if a bug is reported, fix it quickly.

3. Develop new features according to marketing engineer's requirement.
4. Code review with team members.

5. Run tools and simulator to test SW. 
5. International on-site support for customer issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Proven records on SW development, at least on 2 projects.
2. Good understanding of SW life cycle, CMM.

1. Low Noise analog circuit design and troubleshooting. 
2. Coding for motion control system, including DSP, MCU, CPLD &FPGA.

ME Engineer机械工程师（招聘人数:3名）

Job Description

1. Responsible for design of opto-mechanical systems, precision mechanisms, and tooling for current/next generation optical wafer inspection systems.　

2. Responsible for complete design process, including requirements specification, feasibility studies, analysis and FEA modeling, conceptual and detailed design using ProE, detail drawings, procurement of prototype parts, prototype testing, system integration, and handoff to manufacturing

3. Generate documentation (BOM, ECO, assembly drawings) required to release the design to manufacturing. 

4. Hands on support product system/subsystem installation and assembly 

5. Supporting system engineer and Sr. mechanical engineer for product design release.

6. Responsible for identifying and qualifying KT local suppliers, closely work with supplier and vendor to deliver high quality parts on time.　

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical, equivalent. Master degree in related field is preferred. 

2. Minimum 3 years of development engineering experiences in industry, semiconductor industry experience is preferred.

3. Proficient with solid modeling tools (Pro/E, AutoCAD, etc), engineering analysis tools and FEA tools. 

4. Experience in generating documentation (BOM, ECO, assembly drawings) for product release.

5. Strong English written and verbal communications skills. 

6. Well time management skill, self-motivated, self-directed and team work.

7. Experience in design, developing and sustaining of sophisticated electromechanical assembly like stage assembly are advantageous. 

8. Solid background in the areas of motion control and structural dynamics will be a big plus.

We are seeking a highly talented individual for an algorithm engineer position in reticle and photomask inspection division (RAPID). The successful candidate will be expected to design advanced image processing algorithms used cutting-edge photomask/reticle inspection.　One key qualification of the candidate is the ability to invent new ideas, analyze the complex system, and formulate a mathematical solution that is practical for use in production.　The candidate is expected to possess good oral and written communications skills to interact with other engineers and applications, locally or internationally, on a daily basis.　The candidate should also be proficient in C/C++ and object oriented programming (OOP). 

Basic Qualifications: 

- Ph.D. degree in EE/CS or related fields, or M.S. degree with 2 years working experience.

- Strong background in image processing, computer vision, or pattern recognition.

- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Proficient in C/C++ and object oriented programming.

- Good oral and written communications skills, in both Chinese and English

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work accordingly

Preferred Qualifications:
