工作岗位的介绍和需求：

1.　　 IT Analyst

Location: Hangzhou & Hefei & Shanghai

Responsibilities：
IT Analysts are the liaison between business clients and IT. In this role, you will develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, processes, operations and challenges. Through data analysis, you will translate business requirements into IT impacts and project components that result in high quality solutions.

Ideal candidates will have the ability to:
1.Analyze and identify opportunities, craft solutions, and improve technical capabilities.
2.Think "out of the box" offering creative solutions.
3.Partner with IT team members to create next generation IT systems and processes.
4.Analyze technical / project data and develop solutions to reach success.
5.Execute project components to achieve business objectives.
6.Present and demonstrate analytical findings to internal audiences including management.
7.Continuously learn new terms, tools, technologies, and strategies.

This position typically reports to an IT Manager and takes day-to-day tasks according to customer requests. The IT Analyst collaborates with cross-functional and virtual teams and business partners.

Requirements：
Education：
Master's or PhD degree in computer/technology related fields or business/management major.

Skills and Experience：
1.Basic knowledge in software development process, database, and programming languages.
2.Comfort with technology and the ability to leverage technology to create business solutions.
3.Time management and productivity skills.
4.Able to communicate in English fluently both in oral or written format.
5.Experience working in a dynamic corporate environment is a plus.
6.Experience in software testing, application support, or IT business operations is a plus.
